The summer is almost over. It’s been a lot of fun and full of challenges. The weather in some places has been extreme and the ability to go out and about has been fluctuating in others.

With the summer, whether you’re going to the beach or the theme parks or on vacation, there always seems to be throngs of people everywhere.

There are three things you need to do to be ready for fall, and all three of them will make you feel so much better.

- Enjoy Your Company. The thing about fall is that you choose your company. Do you go for a trail run by yourself or do you take a hike with the family?
